BSNL's customer service centres at Aluva, Perumbavur, Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam, Thodupuzha, BSNL Bhavan at Panampilly Nagar and the CTO will be functional on all Sundays and holidays from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. besides the working days.
A changed head changes all the way down to tail.
