Caught in the Net for one long week

Three hours passed with a series of disconnect, redial, and change of the receiver from the left ear to the right and back… An occasional relief was an abrupt two-minute silence, probably a mark of respect to the net connectivity that died last night!

Pl sir U contact the local BSNL people and quarrel with them, If they are not able to rectify the fault show them in front of the department and punish them, I am a BSNL officer working with Broad band, Cable/Line condition is the only problem we are facing to provide excellent BB service, I am from Kerala here we are facing the problem but we are giving good service to the customer, Sir ultimately customer satisfaction is our BSNL motto
