BSNL Kerala circle added 82,660 to reach 5237643 Sub-base.
BSNL Tamil Nadu circle added a massive 7.5 Lakhs subscribers during December 2010.
Nearest competing circle is Andhra Pradesh with 3.0 Lakhs subscriber addition only.

After using the sims for 48 hours, changes the sim's with new ones till the "handful" finishes. When he finishes all the sim's it is exchanged for a next 'handful' of sim's .By this time the 'handful' sim's are properly documented and converted to customers. This is how all private operaters grow in terms of sim sales.
