Online Recharge facility for Prepaid Broadband Services on DSL and WiMAX w.e.f 14-03-2011. The online recharge facility (through Debit cards and bank account only) shall be available to the prepaid Broadband customers to recharge their pre-paid broadband account through BSNL selfcare portal http://www.data.bsnl.in.
What "selfcare portal" means? If your prepaid doesn't reflect in your connectivity, who is going to "care"?
