Please do remember that at the time of cda to ida pay scale change, management offerred E2 scale to DOT absorbees but was ready to give only E1 scale for the directly recruited JTOs. It is only because of the efforts and sacrifice by SNEA and its members, the DR JTOs were able to get atleast E1A scale. The funniest thing which an association can claim is that they cheated their own members by reducing their pay scales only for some 4000 or 5000 PURE OUTSIDERS!!!!!!. Only fools will believe the claim of SNEA....
ReplyDeleteRegarding the pension, I don't know how many people will get the maximum pension of Rs. 3250/- because only those who have entered service before 23 years of age will be able to complete the maximum pensionable service of 35 years.
ReplyDeleteMore over the the pension of DOT absorbees will increase from time to time with increase of DA and also in association with pay revisions. But the pension amount of DRs will remain the same amount from the date of drawing of pension till the end.
