Hon' Chennai CAT extended the stay of JTO to SDE DPC till March 04th. BSNL argued that it is following DOPT Guidelines, but wasn't strong enough to convince learned Hon Justice, who in turn insist to provide substantial evidence in writing.
Thus BSNL Management is in a Fix.
